10am CONTEMPORARY MORNING WORSHIP & THANKSGIVING: Our service this morning is led by Mike and John talks to us about Ecclesiastical Chapter 2 & 2 Timothy 3:14-17.  We offer a special warm welcome to Adam, Jill, Family and Friends who bring along Nate for his Thanksgiving service.

6.30pm SONGS OF PRAISE: We would like to welcome Raymond who will be playing for us this evening.  A presentation will be made to Raymond from the Church Members to thank him for his loyal service over the years. PRAYERS: It is with sadness that we let you know that Eva Steventon sadly passed away last weekend.  Please pray for Lilian and Doug as they come to terms with the loss of Eva. The funeral will take place on Saturday 3rd December 9am here at St Michael’s followed by Telford Crematorium.

A BIG THANK YOU to all who donated Shoe Boxes to the Samaritans Purse ‘Operation Christmas Child’ between Muxton School, St John’s Church and various other groups including WI and Brownies we collected 177 shoe boxes which will be on their way to put smiles on the faces of needy children in Kosovo.   Also a huge thank you to all who responded to the appeal to help in the warehouse, they made some great progress with the extra help and are on track for nearly 8,500 shoe boxes and are due to leave on Thursday 1st December.  Thank you again.

WORSHIP LUNCH & MUSIC: Our next Worship Lunch and Music will take place this Thursday (1st December) at noon. All welcome

TIDDLYWINKS’ PRAISE continues this Wednesday at 10am.  Our theme for this term is ‘God gave us what we need’ and we will be having our Nativity rehearsal.

CHOIR REHEARSAL: The next Choir rehearsal for the Carol Service on the 11th December will be:

Primary School Age: 6:30pm on Thursday 1 December. (This is after Pathfinders)

Adults and teenagers: 7.30pm on Thursday 1 December. 

TGI SUNDAY CHANGE OF DATE - The next TGI Sunday has been moved forward a week, and will be on Sun 4th Dec, 6-8pm, at St John's Church. We'll have games, a meal together, and some teaching for anyone aged 10 - 18. Donations towards the cost of food are greatly appreciated.

1st LILLESHALL GUIDES will hand deliver any Christmas cards around Lilleshall village to raise money for unit funds.  They will deliver 6 cards for a £1 or one card for 20p.  If you are interested please drop off your cards to any Blue Guide post box located at Lilleshall youth Centre 7-8.30pm Monday nights, Lilleshall Playgroup or St Michael’s Church or the home of the Millwards 12 Rock Acres.  Boxes will be out from Sunday 27th November. The last day to use ‘The Guide Post’ will be Sunday 11th December.

DATE FOR YOUR DIARY:  Our next Quiz and fish and Chip Supper is set for Saturday 14th January 2012 at Lilleshall Memorial Hall 7pm.

TIDDLYWINKS & TREKKERS: Tiddlywinks is a group held during the service for under 5’s and is held in the Vestry during Sunday’s at the 10am service and Trekkers is also held on these Sundays.

             (14 - 18 year olds) meet weekly at the home of James & Kathy Tagg. The meeting time is Sunday evenings 7.15 – 8.30pm during term time. We meet for Bible study, prayer and discussion. Call James & Kathy on 274632 for further info.

           Spark will meet on the first Sunday of each month at the new contemporary

           service at 10am. For ages 10-14. Please see Colin Barnett or Kathy Tagg for more details.

PATHFINDERS: Age range 5 to 11. We meet term time each Thursday between 6pm and 7.05 pm at St Michael's. Contact Ellie Jones 07830524321.

SUB:ZERO - cafe style youth club for school years 7-9 takes place at St John's church after school 4pm-6pm on Friday’s during term time. A chance for young people to meet with friends, relax and have fun & games such as pool & table tennis, we also have an Xbox Kinect, Wii & tuck shop.
