ST MICHAEL’S ORGANIST: Raymond has now left as our Organist, and after 35 years of loyal service, we would like to express our thanks with a farewell gift. If anyone would like to make a donation towards a gift for Raymond, would they be good enough to donate in the box on the welcome desk or hand to either of the Churchwardens. Hopefully Raymond will visit us on Sunday 25th September at our 'Songs of Praise' service when we can make a presentation to him.
HISTORIC CHURCHES TRUST CALENDAR. We have an order form at the back of Church for Calendars for 2012 produced by Historic Churches Trust which has a picture of our Church for the month of June. The calendar has been well accepted and costs £5.00p each with £1.00p going towards Church Funds for each Calendar ordered. If you wish to place an order, please include your name and also the number of calendars you would like. Fran now has calendars for any orders already taken and will need the money before the end of September.
LMLT: St John’s and St Michael’s Leadership team meet next on Monday 5th September 7.30pm at the Vicarage.
WORLD CHURCH & JUSTICE group are meeting on Tuesday 6th September 8pm at the home of June Powell.
A CONTEMPORARY SERVICE TEAM MEETING takes place on Wednesday 7th September 8pm venue tbc.
SKITTLES AND FISH AND CHIP EVENING to be held at Lilleshall Memorial Hall on Saturday 10th September at 7.00pm. Price £6 for adults, £4 for children aged 14 and under, to include fish and chips. Please bring own drinks. Contact Angie or Ian Vann (01952) 606008 for tickets and further information.
FACULTY REQUEST: Mrs Peter Grigg has applied for a faculty for a Memorial Stone for her late Husband in the Cemetery. A public notice and also a sketch of the proposed Memorial Stone are in the Porch way of Church and a public notice is also on the gates of the Cemetery. The public notice and sketch will be on display from today until 11th September. If anyone has an objection to the Memorial, please put this in writing and hand to Frances Taylor - CHURCHWARDEN.
SERVICE LEADERS are due to meet on Tuesday 14th September 8pm at the Vicarage.
CARING FOR OTHERS: If you know of anyone who is unwell or is taken into hospital please speak to either Frances or Geoff so we can visit or call.

THURSDAY MORNING PRAYER MEETING this Thursday morning at The Vicarage from 7.30-8.00am.
TIDDLYWINKS & TREKKERS: Tiddlywinks is a group held during the service for under 5’s and is held in the Vestry each Sunday except for the third Sunday which is Messy Church at 11am and Trekkers is also held each week except for the third Sunday.
CHURCH ADMINISTRATOR: Office hours Monday and Friday 9.00am – 3.00pm & Tuesday 9.00am – 1.00pm.
